Brief Job Description: A Showroom Hostess/ Host and customer relationship executive is responsible for handling the front office work, attending to customers and coordinating response to their quires. The individual also generates sales enquires through telemarketing and supports service function through follow-up calls for after sales service.

Minimum Educational Qualifications : 12th Standard pass, preferably
Maximum Educational Qualifications : Graduate degree or diploma in any discipline
Minimum Job Entry Age :
1. ASDC recommends that candidates should seek full not before attaining an age of 18 years.
2. However, as per Factories Act 1948 and Shops & Establishment Act 1953:- – No one can be employed before attaining age of 14
3. Please note that under the Factories Act 1948, and Shops & Establishment Act 1953 different States may have slightly varying provision, which need to be adhered to.

An individual on this job must have good communication and interpersonal skills along with a pleasing personality to handle the front office desk and enquiries from the customers. The individual must be patient and have good listening ability with customer centric attitude to tackle the irate customers.
