Job Role
A junior backhoe operator assists the operator in driving and controlling the backhoe operations; safely and as per schedule. He assists the operator in smooth functioning of the operations along with performing pre checks of the machine. He is also responsible for cleaning and basic maintenance of backhoe loader.
Minimum Educational Qualifications : Preferably Class VIII
Maximum Educational Qualifications : Not applicable
Minimum Job Entry Age : 17 Years

Personal Attributes
The job requires the individual to be extremely diligent and careful and have good hand eye coordination. Hard work and strong work ethics, courteous behavior with co – workers are equally desirable. He should also be physically agile, strong, have good eye sight and not suffer from colour-blindness.
