Minimum Job Entry Age : 18 Years
Experience : Minimum 2 year experience in rubber plantations.
Personal Attributes
He should be healthy enough to do manual work and should have the basic information on items of plantation work. He should have good observation skill, communication skill and basic awareness on different types of plantation equipment and tools.
